Installing or re-installing a new version of Windows is always a major undertaking.

I can help you weigh the pros and cons of the various versions of Windows and help you decide which one is right for you.  I can also evaluate what, if anything, in your existing equipment would need to be changed to make your computer powerful enough to run the version that you decide upon.

Once you've made the decision to go ahead, I can:

1. Help you backup your data (including email).
2. Make the equipment changes.
3. Remove the previous Windows version and everything related to it.
4. Install the new Windows and help choose the settings most appropriate for you.
5. Make sure Windows recognizes all of your equipment.
6. Resolve any conflicts that might arise.
7. Re-establish your ability to connect to the Internet.
8. Re-install all your software.
9. Restore all your data.
